Nothing like getting you in the October spirt better than a Scary Stair-y beatdown. We were able to explore mulitple staircases scattered throughout the campus and proceeded to climb up and down each of them. We started with 5 Burpees and after every Ascent we did a workout (Squats/Mericans(Merkins…IDK)/BBC) depending on your staircase. After 3 rounds of the Dark Towers, we mosey’d over to a nice up and over stair case and after every ascent/decent…5 Burpees. Finally we ended with some light bear crawling and lunging up a smaller flight of stairs. We ended with a nice 3-4 minutes of MARY around the flag and called it a day…just before the rain came.
