Today was a P-body Q at The Woodshed. We Started off by mozzying down to the area in front of the main gate to the baseball fields. Here did the following exercises for a WOR.
- 20 SSHs
- 10 Imperial walkers
- 7 Weed pickers
- 8 Copperhead Merkins
- Sun gods OYO
- Michael Phelps OYO
Next everyone get on a line of the sidewalk. The people in the back line either lunged, bear crawled, or Bernie Sanders’d up to the line in front of the people on the first line. Once they got to the front, we all switched to the next exercise in this list.
- American hammers
We stopped and mozzyed to the halfway point to do four ring-of-fires. The first was a plank with merkins starting with 5, the second was on your six with leg raises starting at 3, the third was in an air chair with squats starting at 7, and after a short mozzy, the last was in a plank with shoulder taps. Once we were done with that, we mozzyed back to the flag.
Soorie shared as six-man than Exile, the Q for War Towne, prayed us out.
