WARMUP: A bit of the standard, some oil towers, and a combination of merkins and mountain climbers
THE THANG: the 40lb, 60lb, and 80lb needed to go from the bottom of the big hill, to the top. Bear crawl, crawl bear drags, and throwing only.

Once at the top, small mosie to the other hill in the back and we bernied up that hill. Recover jog around the pool and a repeat of the bernie up the hill.

Once back at the bags, same as up hill but down.

Once back at the flag, we did 3 perfect Merkins, bear crawl to the next parking space and repeat. Once completed, we did more of the same but with Monkey humpers to finish.
