We fought some demogorgans today and sweated a bunch….was a great day in the gloom with the crew. Added another to the ranks as well.
Moseyed out and back to the “flag” then:
- Weed Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
- Monkey Humpers
First grabbed our coveted coupons, our trusty sidekicks in defeating sad clown syndrome.
We utilized the hill at the park to good effect. Plan was to spring up and down hill and do the following exercises x10 at the top- two sets each:
- Bentover Rows*
- Big Boys*

After sheer exhaustion, moved on to the playground for some pull up fun.
Did 5 Pull-ups + 25 Lat Pulls on the swings – 3 sets.
Rounded it out with a “Cherokee” run (Saluki loves this one) out and back and ended with 20 seconds of squats for good measure to round it out.
For a little post workout fun we stood beside our Coco and got in our 20 burpee penalty for being flag-less today.
