No Warmarama, we straight up moseyed from the start.
PAX rucked down towards the back side of the Mill and circled up in the Atomic Biscuit parking lot to engage in a little workout. Essentially, we did a two-song AMRAP and the constant complaining during this 9ish-minute exercise was legit “Top Shelf”.
First song: Crazy Train, Ozzy Osbourne (4:53); Exercise: Curls w/ Ruck (modify with bent over rows)
Second song: Dream on, Aerosmith (4:27); Exercise: Standing Skull Crushers w/ Ruck (modify with chest press)
Once PAX couldn’t take any more heat, we rucked back to the gazebo…all PAX accounted for.
Nano was 6th man…he spoke about being present in his children’s lives and the importance of being intentional with a work/life balance…this really spoke to me and is very much relevant in my life.
Announcements: Hasbro mentioned that the 3rd F breakfast is coming up. Charmin mentioned that there is a lot of chatter going around about getting heart scans with the recent and sad news coming out of F3 Nashville regarding the passing of Cardinal, but also mentioned that Sleep Apnea is also a deadly condition with death as a symptom. While we’re getting our tickers checked out, not a bad idea to get an at-home sleep study.
Prayer requests: Each PAX was asked to announce a prayer request, regardless of how small it may seem.
Nany, the prayer GOAT was asked to pray for us.
Coffeteria: Hasbro brought the coffee and we solved some of the world’s problems.
Thats it. Charmin out.
