WARMUP: short mosey, mountain climbers, weed pickers, flamingos, sun gods and MP OYO

THE THANG: Everyone chose a tennis racquet and kept it the whole time. Up to 4 pairs of PAX could play for a single point on each of 4 courts. Winners advanced to the next open court after doing 1 burpee. Losers ran a lap around courts after doing required exercise and then re-entered at court 1. The idea was to keep moving at all times. If needed, SSH were performed while waiting for opponent. Winner of 3 in a row on King court had to give up spot, do loser exercises and return to Court 1.

Court 1 — Earl — 10 merkins
Court 2 — Duke — 15 squats
Court 3 — Prince — 20 Carolina dry docks
Court 4 — King — 25 monkey humpers

Chickenfried made it to King once but did plenty of merkins and laps. Sooorie had some pretty impressive shots — sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good. (Or maybe he’s a “closet phenom”.) 😂
