Ice T took the pax on a mosey to the basketball courts for a warmorama.
Pie Bar led the men next to 11s with a little twist on the basketball court. Merkins on one side and plank jacks on the other. The twist was running to the middle and back then to the other side. Once completed we did a little merry for the 6 man.
Pop Up then took the Pax to the bottom of the hill. We did 10 squats then sprinted up the hill. The men did this 5 times.
Ice T led us back to the basketball courts where we did 4 corners. Lunges on the long side and bear crawl on the short ends. The first exercises was Mike Tysons 5, 10, 15, 20. Next we’re big boys 10, 20, 30, 40.
Couchfire had the men do 1 merkin that had to last 1:30. Then had us do leg throws with a partner.
Finally we went up to the field for speedball for about 9 minutes. We learned that Spicoli has an arm with a few incredible passes.
