WARMUP: Mosey for light PT
THE THANG: Tour of Veterans, run the track to the pull up bars in the woods rotating in each PAX to hang on the bars while the group completes squats , back on the track to the poop loop for a couple of circuits. 2nd half of the hour was 11s at the buzz parking lot(Merkins and BBS), afterwards, we completed an Indian Run back to the poop loop and for a couple of loops and back to the flag.
