Prey Vs. Predator
Start at the Hobgood loop entrance closest to the flag. One PAX would be the prey. We chose old man JB to be the first.
One exercise will be performed at each entrance way to the fields. 15 reps per exercise.
BBS- entrance 1
Lunges- entrance 2
Alternating Shoulder Taps- entrance 3
Hand Release Merkins- entrance 4
The prey would skip the first exercise and run to the second one and start performing that associated exercise while the other PAX performed the exercise at Entrance 1. When they were done, they would attempt to catch the prey at the next entrance. If a predator caught the prey before he completed his exercises, the current prey had to start his exercise over and the predator that caught him became the prey and skipped that station and continued to the next one to start those exercises. There was some passing of the torch back and forth. To keep it interesting and everyone involved, we switched the route to the other direction at the half-way point of the BD, and added pull-ups in with the BBS station. Exile especially loved this, and informed YHC with his middle fingers that I was his second-best friend. He is a sweetheart and right before Valentine’s Day.
This BD kept the HR high the entire time. YHC was close to Merlot. This one is going to suck in the middle of the summer. Can’t wait.
