THE THANG: Run up the hill to the school entrance, 10Merkins, 10Squats, 10 Big Boys, run down to the bottom, 10 Merkins, Squats, and Big Boys, up the hill repeat exercises at 15 reps each, run down to the bottom, 15 each again. Up the hill again, 20 reps each exercise, run down 20 reps each again. Then, PAX walked up the hill and we did Speed Bump suicude Adora. Exercises were 75 Merkins, 125 Squats, 175 LBCs. One PAX did the exercises, other ran to first speed bump n back, then to the second speed bump and back then switched. Most back to the flag right on time.
