WARMUP: Mozy and Imp. Walkers, Weed Pickers, Arm circles etc. Extra vehicles and missing PAX noted. No Hustler mobile- noted.
THE THANG: Pax on site completed Warmorama and started the BD. P-O-T-S- Pull ups, Outlaws, Mike Tysons, Squats. reps of 5 each then run a lap, then 10 each with a lap, 15 reps each then back down to 10 and 5 reps.

2nd set of POTS- Merkins/ push ups, Oh Big Boys, Shoulder Taps, Step ups with high knees. Reps and laps in pyramid pattern.

At some point during second set of reps the wayward lost trail runners shuffled in. No Hustler among them- #saveHustler. These studly survivors told a wild tale of promised trail run leadership and provided maps and excitement with an early startex. They endured no leadership or solid route info. Large quantities of spider webs and arachnid battles. They persevered and struggled back to the AO like true F3 Warriors.

These returning runners jumped in with the PAX not entrapped by the Trail Run ruse. – and completed several sets of the BD reps.

As most Pax had begun exiting the AO. The Elusive and much discussed Hustler appeared. No shoes and driving Blarneys car. He arrived with the cups we needed at Coffeteria a few minutes before. And the trail run leadership we needed at 0445. RS and the PAX on site had an eventful and memorable morning. #saveHustler.
