All or winter breakers flocked south but had a few great HIMs join me this AM
Warmorama followed by a search for the best coupons. Once we all found two coupons each we began.
- OH clap with coupons & lunges 10 parking spaces (5 reps at first space and then increasing by 1)
- Going back Curl with step to squat arms out(5 reps at first space and then increasing by 1)
- Jack Webb- Iron Cross / Tricep extensions
- Rifle carry around parking lot. Anyone calling “I feel good” pax drop and do 5 merkins
- Ring of fire – Hold feet in air. Each pax does bench press increasing as we go around. Stopped at 24
- QuickDraw game – 4 lunges turn shoot. Loser does 10 merkins and winner holds QuickDraw
- Ring of fire dead lifts stopped at 24
- went to benches and switched between dips and incline merkins. Started at 5 and increased by 1 until 10.
