THE THANG: Carry some Coupons to Chatt Tech, a set of 30_Curls, 30_Bent over Rows, 30 Overhead Press. We did that 4 times on our Ruck with some modifications. Also, found some stairs on our Ruck and did some Monkey Humpers up the stairs and back down. We got three miles, Legs, Shoulders, Back, and Arms.
