Ladder Exercise

Pax completed 6 rounds of different exercises, climbing “up” the ladder in reps-5, 10, 15, then “down” the ladder, 15, 10, 5 reps.

Halfway through the rounds, YHC noticed the eerie quietness of the PAX (except for the owl) and decided that we needed some motivation. Everyone circled up for a 5 count motivator. Still uncertain if it sufficiently motivated everyone?

Finished up 6 rounds of ladders, and asked pax to pick a number 1 or 2. Thankfully number 2 was chosen and we headed to the basketball court for some core work.

Again pax were instructed to pick a number 1 or 2. Thankfully number 1 was chosen and we headed back to the flag for some Mary for time.

It was a pleasure to lead Radio Silence this morning. Its awesome to get to meet some new people and see the growth that is happening at this new AO. Keep it up!
