05:30 Let’s Mosey.  Core Principals, Mission Statement and Credo review.  Next, warmorama including ssh, imperial walkers, copper head squats, weed pickers, arm circles and Michael Phelps.  Then mosey with 1 paver in each hand 300 yards to school loading dock area and started beat down with 3 sets of 4 exercises while holding pavers.  After each set ran 40 yards out and back to negotiate loading dock obstacle and/or ran to guard rail and did incline merkins.  Headed to flags and had a 8 man tug of war with 1-3/4” Manila Rope.  Finished beat down with Mary, nameorama, six man, up coming events and prayer intentions.  Great workout done by all including our 30 day wonder Duster…11
