The Thang- 3 sets of 25 rep exercises focusing on Legs, Core, and Arms. And of course a bonus round of Burpees. Each round was broken up by a nice mosey through the Blacktop parking lot.
After that was a B-O-M-B-S session inspired by Gekko’s 40th birthday
With a few minutes remaining YHC lead the PAX around the church to close out an epic Q.
