The Thang: 6 Rds of brutal, High Intensity Interval Training.
First five rounds: At your own pace, AMRAP
60 second Knee Taps, 15 second active rest. (1st rd of active rest was SSH, 2nd was Mtn Climbers., 3rd was Rocky Balboa, 4th was Imperial Walkers, 5th was Butt Kicks)
60 second Burpees w/Tuck, 15 second active rest.
60 second LBCs, 15 second active rest.
60 second Elbow Plank, Knee to Elbow, 15 second active rest.

By the end of the first round, it was apparent that a week full of painful Clinic beatdowns had taken its toll, because none of the PAX had much to say. It was as if all their energy was used up in the exercises. One comment though that did make it up was regarding how Saluki shad EHed Scamper to come with the promises of handing off the “Free to Lead” book and how Salucki “forgot” it!
Sixth and Final round: No active rest in between, AFAP. 45 seconds for each exercise. Scamper remarked that we needed to hurry or we weren’t going to finish in time (a comment no M has ever said to her husband). We finished at 616am.
COT: YHC was the 6th man today. Found out that Foosball and I are practically the same person. Both homschool, have a kid dual enrolled at Chatt Tech, kids that work at Chick Fil A, married as teenagers.
Naked Man Moleskin:
