Back to the flag which is where did all of the exercises. Started with the plan of 30 Merkins, 20 Bonnie Blairs, and 10 Big boy situps. After that, jog to a point and back (~0.5 miles total). Plan was to rinse and repeat all the way through the workout. After 2 rounds, figured out that was gonna suck, so we had to improvise. Grabbed coupons and did a few rounds of Ring of Fire. Curls, squats, etc. Kept with the running in between rounds, then switched back to more 30-20-10, just mixed up exercises. Ended up with a little over 2 miles total and everyone broke a sweat.
