Warm-up

Run to the LAX fields and circle up for some IC exercises that included Slow Weedpickers, Imperial Walkers, and SSH

 

The Thang

We started our day with a big 4 corners escalator around the lax field with 10 burpees, 20 Sweep to Clear, 30 Monkey Humpers, & 40 LBCs

 

Once done we moseyed to the Skate park parking lot for a mini Cooper (we did evens starting at 2 & ending at 10) with a run around the loop.

 

Finally we finished with an old fashioned DORA at the loop behind the bathroom at the playground.
