WARMUP: Mozy to far pavilion n thangs
THE THANG: 10minutes of 3 exercises. Dips, step ups, and SSH. Change when you want to but must be doing one of the 3. Then mozy to end of the main road. 10mins of inch work merkins, burpees, and Bonnie Blairs. Lastly, mozy to the flag. 10mins, squats by the flag, merkins by the restrooms, and pull ups on the playground.
