Mosey along sidewalk around large field to center of field for Warmo
Thang 1: The Beast. Run length of field and back, while stopping at each of 3 cones (out and back) to perform 6 exercises at each cone. So 6,6, 6. Exercises were: Merkins; Star Jumps; Plank Jacks; Burpees; HR Merkins; and BBS.
Thang 2: Playground Escalator. Perform exercise in playground, then run to opposite end of parking lot, do 5 BBS and run back. Wait for six, then add an exercise each successive round. Round 1: 3 burpees; Round 2: 3 Burpees; 5 pull-ups; Round 3: 3 Burpees; 5 pull-ups; 10 merkins; Round 4: add 15 squats.
With 2 minutes left we moseyed to B-ball court for a few rounds of sprints
Naked Man Moleskin: Was great to visit (and lead) this AO for the first time. Great park with many good exercise elements. Great men too!
