WARMUP: mosey to pick up the late pax
THE THANG: rucked to stairs. Farmers carry our ruck to the top of the stairs. Moved the rucks to a bear hug back down the stairs. Rucked to another set of stairs with our rucks on front as well as up the stairs. Had air bud lead us in an exercise.

Copper head squats. 15 count.

Rucks back on our back and down the stairs. Rucked to another set of stairs where viceroy lead us in lunges with ruck on. L/R = 1 rep. Did 15 total.

Shook the legs out and continued rucking.

Added some Bernie sanders which then gave some pax PTSB – post traumatic stress from Bernie’s.

Continued rucking and it started to rain at this point. Air Bud was made of sugar and started melting. Got back to where our imaginary flag was planted and air bud led us in more copper head squats.
