We jogged around the track and did our warm up in the cup-de-sac which consisted of side straddle hops, weed pickers, windmill, and merkins.
From here, we went to the picnic tables and did 2 sets of dips and LBC’s (15 rep each) and 2 sets of air press and v-ups (15 rep each).
We then mosi’ed to the tennis courts where we had Narco’s Nasty Neon Neanderthal whiteboard waiting for us. It consisted of partnering up, where 1 pax is bear crawling around the tennis court, while the other does 50/100/150 total of 3 different exercise. We had merkins, squats, BBC, air presses, flutter kicks, American hammers, LBC’s, and a few more.
There was too much chatter, so we did more bear crawls, lunges, and more bear crawls.
