Leading a workout, the day after the Murph, how are you supposed to plan that? If you are me, you don’t touch it until 9:30 the night before. Quite honestly, I thought I put together something that would be a challenge, but maybe I was challenged…

To get things started we moseyed to the cul-de-sac at the bottom for SSH and Weedpickers. Next, we moseyed to the other cul-de-sac for Copperhead Merkins, Copperhead Squats, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps.

We then made our way up to the first intersection of the neighborhood to get The Thang going.

Light pole Run
– Run to the light pole then complete 10 SSH & 10 Merkins then run to the next
– Rinse & repeat for 3 light poles

We then moseyed down to the tennis courts for part deux.
To make use of the two tennis courts, we had 5 lines we were touching. To make this a little more interesting YHC added exercises at each line.
On anything, without running as the means of transportation the PAX would run to the end after they completed the exercise at the line, back to the beginning, then back to the line. They would then resume the transportation onto the next line.
Round 1
Transportation – Run
Exercise – 2 to 10 Merkins (2 merkins at the first line, 4 merkins at the second, etc.)

Round 2
Transportation – Broad Jumps
Exercise – 5 to 25 Outlaws

Round 3
Transportation – Sprint Stance Broad Jumps
Exercise – 2 to 10 Carolina Dry Docks

Round 4
Transportation – Frog Hops (it’s basically a murder bunny without the coupon and in a deep squat)
Exercise – 1 to 5 Jump Squats

Unfortunately for my pride, this is where we had to end it. Rounds 5 and 6 would have gotten a lot more groaning out of the PAX.

We returned to the flag right on time. Eggplant and Ketchup joined us for COT and they brought donuts!

We were joined by 2.0 Ketchup (not in Slack)
