Started off with a quick 0.0 style mosey with a warm up of Weed Pickers, Tumbleweeds, Imperial Walkers, SSH.
Grab a Stone that is good for a lot of reps – most heeded that advice!
-Lunge from main parking lot to soccer field parking lot to do Tri’s, Curls, Stone Presses at max reps for 2 mins each
-Side Lunge from there to Baseball fields lot switching sides every 10 lunges to do Shoulder Taps, Dry Docks & bench press with stone at max reps for 2 mins each
-Best lunge! – Reverse lunge up to the top of the hill ! Elf on Shelf each side, Kettlebell & dead lift at max reps for 2 mins each
-Up the hill back to flag ,walk with stone over head to do some CRUNCHY FROGS, Reverse Crunches, Crunches at max reps for 2 mins each
Take the stones back and end with a quick minute of Monkey Humpers!
