Mosey up and around the loop in front of the high school. Circle up for SSH, copper head merkins, copper head squats, sun gods, and michael phelps.
The format is a series of exercises followed by running the 1/4 mile loop.
- 40 squats
- 30 merkins
- 20 bonnie blairs (kodiak count)
- 10 burpies
- Run the loop
Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds. The run starts at 4 laps the first round. Each round it reduces by 1 lap. So total running is 10 laps (2.5 miles)
Mosey back to the flag, time for some flutter quicks, and we are done!
