After last weeks showing at the Buff (which was only me), I was a little nervous to Q on a Tuesday again.  But it’s Castle Black, those guys never disappoint.

Warm-Up

Run to the back of the school and circle up for IC Copper Head Squats, Windmills, and OYO Sun Gods/Phelps.

The Thang:

We started with LONG Levens (11’s with a long run)  We went light pole to light pole with Mike Tysons and Big Boy Situps.  Because it was such a long journey, every time you passed the midpoint when running TO MIKE TYSON, drop and do +1 Burpee (by the end you should do 10 burpees).

We all finished up as a group then took the long way back to the flag where we circled up for a little Mary
