Mozy’d around the amphitheater and circled up for a warm up. Starting off with Side straddle hops, Weed pickers and finally Imperial Walkers.
Leg warm up routine was 11’s, starting with 1 Big boy sit-ups at the bottom of the staircase and 10 Mike Tysons at the top.
Leg strength building routine, moved over to the terrace near the street and performed individual exercises on each tier until failure.
