WARMUP: we ran to the back of the school and stopped at each light pole for a warm-up exercise.
THE THANG: went to the front of the school and did some leg exercises and running, followed by some ab exercises and running.
Then we went to the MS to do bus lanes with Squats & Big boys (there’s 28 over there, who knew).
