It was a hot and muggy morning on the Flight Deck…and then the BLIMPS came in from the North!
Mosey a lap and circle up. The PAX did SSH, weed pickers and Windmills in cadence. Those were followed by Sungods and Michael Phelps OYO. Mosey to the parking lot.
It’s your basic BLIMPS: Do an exercise, run a lap plank for the 6. Do the next exercise, run a lap, plank. Rinse and repeat. The exercises and counts:
Lunges (20 each leg)
Imperial Walkers (30 each leg)
Plank Jacks (50)
SSHs (60 IC)
We did not one, but two full rounds of the Thang with time for Mary. Lots of commentary about the weather along the way but the PAX of the Flight Deck are beasts!
