THE THANG: Run up the road, squats until I was done, then to the next stop sign, merkins. Then we did 11’s (dips and toes to the fence). Then we ran down Route 66 and did leg exercises at reach light pole. Then ran back and did 25 Merkins, 20 Merkins, 15 and so on. Then we did derkins around the island while we each ran.
