Mosey up to the front of the high school, circle up for copper head squats, windmills, weed pickers.
Mosey over to the flag pole, we will use this spot to put in rounds of work, each followed by some running!
Each round is: 50 SSH, 40 squats, 30 merkins, 20 big bois, 10 burpees – then run!
4 rounds – first round 4 laps (1 mile), second round 3 laps (3/4 mile), third round 2 laps (1/2 mile), fourth round 1 lap (1/4 mile)
If you finish all 4 rounds – just keep running and rack up some more mileage.
