The Thang: We drew cards from the deck of pain and listened to 80s/90s rock tunes. If a non-cardio card was pulled, PAX performed exercise and then ran length of parking lot and back (about 200 meters total). Exercises drawn included derkins, werkins, squat thrusts, low slow squats, wojo squats, 100 little baby arm circles, 400 meter sprint, and others. P-body pulled the Joker and called 100 SSHs.
