Workout consists of 5 exercises: derkins, calf raises, hello dollys, squats, and reverse crunches. 15 reps of each at the concession stand and then run down to the end of the street and do the same. Run back to the concession stand. All done with a partner. Switch your partner each round. Rinse and repeat. 3 minutes of Mary at the end.
