The cold weather didn’t deter these HIMS from showing up and getting to work.
We completed a quick mosey to the other side of the park to start the Warm-A-Rama; which included Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Wind Mills, Hill Billies, and Sun Gods.
All PAX then mosied back over to the parking lot where we partnered up to complete some Doracides. PAX 1 ran to the first set of cones and did a Burbee then returned to the start line. PAX 1 then ran to the second set of cones and did two Burbees and returned to the start line. PAX 2 completed exercises at the same time, then switched. Exercises completed were 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Squat Thrusters.
After a quick 1o count all HIMs completed High Knees to the first set of cones and Butt Kicks on the return twice. All then did Lunges and Carioca in the same manner.
We then completed a Indian Run around the parking lot twice and ended with doing core exercises called out by all.
