WARMUP: One brave, cranky soul pre ran. For the ME we did the usual MK warmup after a mosey to back side of the track by the retention pond to get out of the wind.
THE THANG: Dora and Indian Run
We started with a short DORA, 50 Big Boy Sit-ups, 100 Merkins, 150 Mountain Climbers. The run was up the hill to post marker.
We then did an Indian. The last runner did 3 Burpees then took the lead position. After everyone rotated through. We stoped for a cycle of exercises starting at 5 reps, and adding 5 more after each Indian Run rotation all the way up to 25 reps. The exercises included Big Boy Sit-ups, Merkins, Plank Jacks and Squats.
