Typically I spend time planning out my Q’s, but I had a few too many last night. The only plan I had was a variation of merkins and abs. although there was a lack of prep we still got 1.78 miles in and heart rates that were maxing out!

It was at this moment Turtle said his legs had not been worked enough, hearing the sarcasm I decided Diamond Merkins were next we did 10 more of these
Then continued lunging, quit after a few more and began to mosey up closer to the church
