Mosey to the arts green

THE THANG:
Split into 2 teams (we counted off, but there was still confusion on how teams work). 1 person from each team moseyed down the hill to the starting line and raced up the hill to the finish. Team with the winner from each race won a point. Last round switched to bear crawl races (although PAX needed demonstration on how to race bear crawls). While racers were running, PAX did the following exercises, swapping out after each race.

Round 1
– Side Squats
– Bonnie Blairs
– Monkey humpers

Round 2
– Air press
– Merkins
– Dips

Round 3
– LBCs
– American Hammers
– Flutter kicks

Mosey back to amphitheater and do 11s with donkey kicks and merkins until Jack Baurer got back. Finish with tug of war!
