Warm-o-rama:

Quick mosey, some warmup exercises. Let’s get on with it.

 

The Thang:

15 Lexi-sticks (Popsicle sticks with one KB exercise written on it). Each PAX took turn drawing a Lexi-stick and all PAX completed the exercise for 90 secs. After each round, all PAX bear crawled, or lung-walked, or moseyed across the parking lot and back. Exercises, in no particular order.

  • curls
  • tricep extensions
  • deadlifts
  • overhead press
  • halo
  • sit & press
  • v-ups
  • triple threats
  • thrusters
  • goblet squats
  • high pulls
  • figure 8s
  • swings

Additional 10 burpees were performed because the shovel flag fell during the beatdown.
