We ran to the bottom parking lot, did a lap around the large loop, and came back to the flag to circle up for IC Weed Pickers, SSH, and Tumble Weeds.
We did an amazingly bad version of DORA today. With the cinderblocks at the stairs the exercises we 150 Thursters, 100 sit-ups and press, 150 Press, and we ended with 200 air presswhile the other partner ran all the way to the road and back to switch.
The catch. When The 1st team finishes we will regroup and do the difference between their reps and the 6 in burpee form. SO if they finish and the group that is the 6 has 35 reps left, the group does 35 burpees.
It sucked. That’s all I have to say about that.
Praise for my dad who is recovering well from heart surgery
