We charted new territory for the Murph by using the stairs we’ve eyed for awhile by the pavilion

1. Stairway to Sevens while we blared Zep
1 burpee//1 incline merkin // 1 squat at top of stairs — rinse repeat to seven

2. Circuit work
10 squats at top of hill then mosey down the hill
10 pull-ups on playground
10 incline merkins at pavilion
Rinse repeat x 4

3. Wall o burpees
Always a crowd pleaser
4 mins of burpees Tabata style
20 on // 10 off
