Run to the back of the school with our KBs and place them at the top of the hill. Circle up for IC Imperial Walkers, Tumble Weeds, Copper Head Squats, and 5 burpees.
We did some exercises at the top of the hill for a prescribed amount of reps, every 5 minutes we ran to the bottom of the hill, did 3 GOOD (or the best of each PAX ability) pull-ups, then back to the top of the hill and pick up where you left off with the exercises.
When it was about that time we headed back to the front of the school, did a little Mary, and called it a morning. You want more details, show up next week and get stronger.
