PAX worked through HELP:
- H – Hillbilly Walkers (20; 4-count)
- E – Eagle Wings (Check Exicon, but without bricks)
- L – Leg Raises (20)
- P – Peter Parkers (20; single count)
After finishes a full set, headed up the hill (~0.25 miles up). Each lamp passed, complete 5 squats and add 5 at each lamp (20 at top of hill). Work your way back down (15, 10, 5). Repeated HELP and the Hill twice before moving on to 3v4 Ultimate Frisbee in the field.
PAX did an excellent job especially considering their disappointment when they realized that Small World was not going to be Q-ing.
