Run to the circle on the back side of Creekview. As we ran we knocked out some exercises along the way. Apparently Harp did the same thing last week and my originality was shot to hell. Oh well, drive on.
At the circle, partner up for a quick DORA with 100 merkins, 200 squats, and 300 LBCs. Once completed we continued running around the school back to the side facing the football field where we did some donkey kicks on the wall, ran to a spot for a few exercises then back to the wall for more donkey kicks. We continued doing this until we ran out of places to kick the wall then we moseyed around the school to the front entrance for combos of partner dips (partner held your legs – eye contact was optional, but encouraged) and Step ups. After 3 rounds we moseyed back to the flag and knocked out a little Mary. Legionnaire still counts weird and no one knows how many crunchy/Misty Frogs we did, but odd french sounding noises were made.
Prayers for my nephew – Brody – only a few months old and has been in/out of the hospital with a fever. Possible meningitis.
