THE THANG:
Block Head Bus Lanes; with a cinder block, do bus lanes with odd numbered lanes being Merkins, even being big boy sit-ups. Start with a blockee before each lane.

Farmer Carry Ring Of Fire; each PAX would farmer carry 2 blocks down to a light pole and back while the other PAX did an exercise of the carrying PAXs choosing.
