I asked Snot Rocket if he wants to do coupons or not, and Jackalope said he couldn’t answer and it was my call since I’m the Q. So I went with the no coupon BD.

I teased that we were doing a leg workout by moseying to the front of the school and doing lots and lots of leg stretches.

We then ran to the football field and then did down and back lunges and down and back single leg side lunge. Then we went over to the bleachers and did lunges up with the focus on going deep into the lunge to get that good stretch. We did that a bunch of times before going back to the football field and doing more down and back lunges.

We finished strong by doing 50 yards worth of nipple scrappers since Jackalope had his nipples out and really wanted to rub them all over the field.

Then we ran back to the flag and did a quick round of Mary’s.
