Early morning and perfect weather for a short mosey before the warmorama.
We started with a nice mile run because it wouldn’t be the Murph without the run.
The Thang was Super 11 with Merkins and Pull ups. After that we initiated the Trill drill which is to move out to the road and do 10 merkins then sprint to the next light pole and do 10 more merkins. Repeat this till you get to the end of the road. Turn around do 15 air squats at every light on the way back for a total of 120 merkins and 180 air squats. Some of us modified as necessary and the 2.0s ran cross country circles around the rest of us. It was a good day.
