WARMUP: quick mozy
THE THANG: 4 Corners 4 groups of 4 ( 1. Chest 2. Legs 3. Shoulders 4. Arms ). Chest group is at the bottom of stairs and their is a 30lb sandbag (Susan B. Anthony). Each person will carry her up and down the stairs ONCE! After each person in the chest group has done that, groups will rotate to a different corner. Then we kept our groups and did some team relay races. Losing teams did 5 burpees.
