After Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers, Weed pickers, and SGs and MPs for warmorama, YHC wanted to get all of the PAX swole for spring break. (Having to define the term ‘swole’ for some. 😉

This meant lots of upper body work with coupons:

Using a tabata timer (75 seconds w 20 second rest), we completed 4 rounds of 4 exercises below with a 2 minute 30 second moving exercise between each round:
Curls
Squat w coupon
Chest press
BBSs w coupon (if possible)

Round 1:
Murderbunny ~25 yards

Round 2:
Farmer carry one hand ~75 yards, other hand back

Round 3:

Bucket brigade a coupon ~50 yards and back

Round 4:

Indian planks and pull a coupon under you to the next PAX in a line bucket brigade style ~50 yards

Enough time for a couple rounds of Mary
