THE THANG: Olan designed an Ultra themed BD for FMB that led us through the iconic trail trials of Barkley UTMB Western States, Moab, and Cocadona. Each running loop had exercises at the flagpole. The Q didn’t realize there were two pages and at one point dragged his winkie through the water in the parking lot so he went off-script…increasing the number of laps arbitrarily. (Like the “ish” miles of ultras…no?)

We also learned the FMB 1) should have trained harder and 2) doesn’t have any stones.
